Terms & Conditions — sforzy Platform Rules

By accessing the Platform, clicking the registration confirmation checkbox, or completing a deposit transaction, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and the word "you" in these Terms & Conditions shall refer to that person.

sforzy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sforzy will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Balance in your Account before the amendment's effective date. sforzy will process such withdrawal requests in accordance with the payment terms set out in Section 5 of this document, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all features of the Platform, including the casino game lobby, sports betting sportsbook, live dealer section, crash games, jackpot games, VIP Programme dashboard, and any promotional landing pages hosted under the sforzy.net domain. They supplement any additional rules published by individual Game Providers, which are made available within each game's information panel.

To participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform, you must register a personal sforzy Account. Registration is free of charge. To be eligible to register, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. sforzy strictly enforces an 18+ age restriction and will verify age documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering an Account for your own personal use only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person with respect to the Account or any gaming activity conducted through it.
• You do not currently hold any other active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, and per shared device is permitted.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or banned from the Platform. Permanent exclusions are irreversible under any circumstance.
• You voluntarily choose to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes and accept that online gambling carries a financial risk.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance.

sforzy reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point during the Account lifecycle — not only at first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of a KYC request may result in Account suspension.

Account credentials — including your username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. sforzy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you, and sforzy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of Balance where fraud or manipulation is established:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment account, or impersonating any individual or entity in connection with your Account.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any strategy designed to extract Bonus Funds without genuine engagement with the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, live dealer table, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on the Platform in conjunction with bets at other bookmakers with the primary purpose of guaranteeing profit regardless of outcome, rather than engaging in genuine sports prediction.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity. sforzy cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required.
• System Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, software, or hardware tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted for human players, or attempting to identify and exploit software vulnerabilities or errors in pricing or odds.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language in any communication with sforzy support staff or in any public-facing channel associated with the Platform.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution in respect of a deposit that was validly processed and applied to your Account Balance for gaming purposes.

sforzy employs real-time risk monitoring systems and fraud detection algorithms to identify suspicious patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, sforzy may freeze Account access, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and — where fraud is confirmed — refer the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players found to have engaged in collusion or systematic bonus abuse will be permanently excluded from the Platform with no right of reinstatement.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the following terms. sforzy does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via the supported payment channels, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.

Supported Payment Channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment channels may vary over time. The currently active channels are always displayed on the cashier page within your Account dashboard.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider, typically within five (5) minutes.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• sforzy reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual Accounts where responsible gaming concerns are identified, in addition to any voluntary limits you set yourself.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• All withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account from which the most recent deposit was made, unless a change is approved by the support team following satisfactory KYC re-verification.
• Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during normal operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before sforzy will process any withdrawal. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a mandatory KYC check if one has not already been completed.
• sforzy reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal that triggers internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times by up to five (5) business days. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

sforzy regularly offers deposit bonuses, free bet credits, free spin awards, cashback promotions, and VIP tier rewards to eligible registered Players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail only in respect of the subject matter of that promotion.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage or amount, wagering requirement multiplier, expiry period, and eligible games or markets.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• sforzy reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time prior to its acceptance by a Player, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice where external circumstances require it.
• Bonus Funds are credited in BDT. Any free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited without compensation.

VIP Programme: The sforzy Royal VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Royal. Tier progression is calculated over a rolling three-month window based on cumulative real-money wagering across all games and sports markets on the Platform. Each tier entitles the Player to a specific weekly BDT cashback rate applied to net losses within that calendar week, credited every Monday. Higher tiers additionally receive personalised account management, priority withdrawal processing, exclusive game access, and participation in invitation-only tournaments and promotions. Full VIP Programme terms, including the specific wagering thresholds for each tier and the applicable cashback rates, are available in the VIP section of your Account dashboard.

sforzy reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and tier benefits at any time with thirty (30) days' prior notice to affected Players. Players who are mid-tier at the time of an adjustment will retain their existing tier status until the next three-month review window.

All games available on the sforzy Platform are operated by certified third-party Game Providers under their own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a real-money wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and accept them.

Fairness & RNG Certification: Every RNG-based game on the Platform (including slots, table games, and crash games) uses a Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated in real-time by professional dealer teams and use physical shuffling and dealing equipment subject to the Game Provider's own compliance programmes. sforzy does not modify or interfere with any game outcome at any stage.

Malfunctions & Technical Errors: In the event of a game malfunction, server disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a wager, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount refunded to your Account Balance. sforzy will not honour any winnings that result from a documented malfunction or from odds or payouts that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault. The Platform's transaction log, maintained on sforzy's servers, constitutes the definitive record of all game outcomes and wager results.

Sports Betting Disputes: All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an official result is subsequently amended following an appeal or review, sforzy reserves the right to re-settle the affected market accordingly. In-play wagers accepted after an event outcome has already been determined — due to a data feed delay — will be voided and the wager refunded.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a game outcome, settlement, or transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the sforzy support team via live chat or email at [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. sforzy aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. The Platform's server-side logs are considered conclusive evidence in any dispute resolution process.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your sforzy Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your Account, you should withdraw any available Balance. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a structured break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period of six (6) months, one (1) year, three (3) years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is activated via the responsible gaming settings in your Account dashboard or by contacting the support team. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period under any circumstances. During a self-exclusion period, your Account is locked from all gaming activity. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the exclusion taking effect.

Suspension by sforzy: sforzy reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 4.
• KYC documentation requested under Section 3 has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by or on behalf of the Player.
• The Account has been flagged by sforzy's risk monitoring systems for unusual wagering patterns requiring investigation.
• sforzy is required to suspend the Account pursuant to a request from a competent authority or financial intelligence unit.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account holder will be notified by email at the address on file. Investigations are typically concluded within fourteen (14) calendar days. Where a suspension results in a finding of no wrongdoing, the Account will be reinstated and all pending withdrawals will be processed promptly.

Termination for Breach: Where sforzy determines that a Player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions — including through fraud, systematic bonus abuse, or providing false KYC documentation — sforzy reserves the right to permanently terminate the Account, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and, where fraud is established, withhold and return to source any Balance that represents proceeds of fraudulent activity. Permanent terminations are final and are not subject to appeal.
